Seven Deadly Sins — eep!

I recently found this new hair creator, named “eep“! A fun name, and some fun styles. Although the selection is not huge, the quality is good. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next from this shop. Here, I’m wearing “hair 002″ in light brown, a long straight style that cascades over the shoulders and down the back.

I blogged about the Pia skirt last time, but forgive me… I like the style and versatility of this one. Here’s the black with red lining.

And some of my fave boots from LeeZu, the Street Blues boots in red. The detail and texture are perfect, and the color change hud gives me the flexibility to match with various colors.

And another older piece from LeeZu is the Tamara pantsuit in burgundy. Several colors are available, as usual. And if you’ve ever grumbled at how tricky it can be to match different shades of red, you’ve got no worries here. I guess you could call this the standard “LeeZu red”. The boots, top, and skirt lining are happily color-matched.

And finally, the skin. I’ve been a fan of “Fake” skins for quite a while, but after braving the lag at the Skin Fair, I had to show this one. It’s “Pride” in ginger tone, from the Seven Deadly Sins line of skin. If you haven’t yet visited the Skin Fair, you must. Go. Now.

Do you like what you see on this site? I’m looking for good comments. They don’t have to be all glowing praise (but that’s nice too) just well thought-out and relevant. Just find a blog entry that you like, and leave a comment. There’s a bunch of recent posts listed over there on the right. Go ahead, click one!

What’s in it for you?

Each week (on Friday night) I’ll pick my favorite comment (be clever!) and that person will win their choice of pose sets from the Fluke store on marketplace! https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/75860

Little Red Ladymana

I’ve always liked hoodies but hated how the sculpted hoods failed to move. So it’s nice to finally see such a well done piece as Catwa’s Ladymana, done in mesh. To top off all the awesomeness, you can grab the texture change hud and make it even more versatile. The hud controls the textures on the sleeves, hood, and liner separately which gives you… (thinking noises)… lots and lots of possible combinations.

LeeZu’s Lana top silk in babypink from LeeZu pairs nicely with the hood. And the new Pia skirt from LeeZu, also in babypink is rigged mesh and moves cleanly.

To finish off the look I’ve added LeeZu’s Claudette sandals, which also comes with a texture hud so you can match them to almost any color scheme you devise.

In case you were wondering, the skin is “MenSje” from Dutch Touch. Sadly no longer available.

Tiffani

A cool and casual style starts off at the top with ‘Tiffani” from Alice Project. It’s simple and versatile, and another great example of the mesh texturing skills of creator Alice Demonia.

The easy style on top is matched nicely by another skilled texture artist, LeeZu Baxter and the Tasia jacket (tulip) and the Indiana Tic Toc pants in plum. Both pieces are mesh and come in several ‘standard’ sizes

Completing the look is the Vivian skin, in peach tone and “Barbie” makeup. from Bonnie Forder’s “Fake“.  This is available from the gacha, but I’m not sure how much longer it will be available, so hurry!

Petite Red

If you’ve been paying attention to the interwebs, you may have noticed this new retro style from Lelutka, called Josephine. By now you should all know that mesh > sculpts all day long. The detail and quality possible in a sculpt does not come close to what is possible with mesh. This is a perfect example of that. The texturing on these is perfect, and the style is just plain fun to look at.

The micro dress is from LeeZu, the Mon Petite Robe, a super short rigged mesh dress. You could even throw on some leggings and call it a top if you wanted.

To complete the look, I’ve grabbed a “Fake” Vivian skin in peach tone from Bonnie’s gacha. There are 6 tones available, 2 rare (including “Barbie” which is shown here). It’s easily one of the best deals on the grid.

The killer booties are the creation of Gospel Voom (Gos), the Desire angle boots in crimson. The eyes come from Ikon’s Sunrise collection – Celtic green. The YlangYlang tatts come from GoK
